    This form is exclusively intended for individuals who are interested in attending the Pramukh Vision Conference 2025 at Vidyanagar and you are requested to read the instructions very carefully.
    આ ફોર્મ ફક્ત એવા વ્યક્તિઓ માટે છે જે વિદ્યાનગરમાં પ્રમુખ વિઝન કોન્ફરન્સ 2025 માં હાજરી આપવા માટે રસ ધરાવતા હોય અને તમને વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે કે તમે સૂચનાઓ ખૂબ જ કાળજીપૂર્વક વાંચો.

    1. The Pramukh Vision conferance 2025 is for BAPS satsang community ONLY.
    1. પ્રમુખ વિઝન કોન્ફરન્સ 2025 ફક્ત BAPS સત્સંગ સમુદાય માટે જ છે.

    2. This conference is for Students - Standard 6 to Graduate Students.
    2. આ કોન્ફરન્સ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે છે - ધોરણ 6 થી ગ્રેજ્યુએટ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સુધી.

    3. As this is a 3-day residential conference with prizes, kit, stay, and meals, a nominal registration fee of ₹650 will be applicable.
    3. ઇનામ, કીટ, રહેવાની વ્યવસ્થા અને ભોજન સહિતની ૩ દિવસીય કૉન્ફરન્સ માટે ₹૬૫૦ ની નોંધણી ફી રહેશે.

    4. Pramukh Vision Conferance Date for standard 11th to college is from 15th May 2025 to 18th May 2025. Place : Vidyanagar
    4. ધોરણ 11 થી કોલેજ નાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે પ્રમુખ વિઝન કોન્ફરન્સની તારીખ 15 મે 2025 થી 18 મે 2025 સુધી છે. સ્થળ: વિદ્યાનગર.

    5. Pramukh Vision Conferance Date for standard 6th to 10th is on 18th May 2025 to 21 May 2025. Place : Vidyanagar
    5. ધોરણ 6 થી 10 નાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે પ્રમુખ વિઝન કોન્ફરન્સની તારીખ 18 મે 2025 થી 21 મે 2025 સુધી છે. સ્થળ: વિદ્યાનગર.

    6. Students who are below 18th years of age are advised to fill in the form with the help of their parents / Guardians
    6. 18 વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને તેમના માતા-પિતા / વાલીઓની મદદથી ફોર્મ ભરવાની સલાહ આપવામાં આવે છે.

    7. The last exam that you have given and if the results are awaited (not received) you shall be considered in that standard itself. For ex. If you have appread for 10th exam in march for which result is awaited you will then be considered in 10th Standard.
    7. તમે આપેલી છેલ્લી પરીક્ષા અને જો રિઝલ્ટની રાહ જોવાતી હોય (મળ્યા ન હોય) તો તમને તે જ ધોરણમાં ગણવામાં આવશે. ઉદાહરણ તરીકે, જો તમે માર્ચમાં 10માંની પરીક્ષા આપી હોય અને રિઝલ્ટની રાહ જોવાતી હોય, તો તમને 10માં ધોરણમાં ગણવામાં આવશે.

    8. If the percentage mentioned in the form does not match with the copy of the marksheet that you shall carry at the conference then student shall not be allowed to participate in the Pramuk Vision conference.
    8. જો ચેક-ઇન સમયે તમારી માર્કશીટ સાથે દર્શાવેલ ટકાવારી મેળ ખાતી નથી, તો વિદ્યાર્થીને પ્રમુખ વિઝન કોન્ફરન્સમાં ભાગ લેવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં

    9. One person will be allowed to drop /Pick you up for the student . Please note no accommodation shall be provided for Gujarat candidate's parents
    9. વિદ્યાર્થીને લેવા/મૂકવા માટે એક વ્યક્તિને મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે. કૃપા કરીને નોંધ લો કે ગુજરાતનાં વિદ્યાર્થીનાં માતા-પિતા માટે રહેવાની સગવડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

    10. Instruction for Pickup and Drop person: Please carry your Government Photo ID with you while taking your child.
    10. લેવા અને મૂકવા આવનાર વ્યક્તિ માટે સૂચના: કૃપા કરીને તમારા બાળકને લઈ જતી વખતે સરકાર દ્વારા માન્ય ફોટો આઈડી સાથે રાખો.

    11. Detail Instructions shall be provided to you after registration confirmation.
