Some people find comfort in places, others in people, but I found mine in pages.
Books have been my silent companions through every phase of my life. When I was happy, they celebrated with me. When I felt lost or lonely, they held my hand without saying a word. With every story, I found not just entertainment, but understanding, warmth and a sense of belonging.
“Books are a uniquely portable magic”
There’s something magical about opening a book. The world around you fades, and suddenly you’re walking in someone else’s shoes —feeling their joy, pain, and hope. Books let me escape, but more importantly, they helped me return to myself with a little more clarity every time.
Some characters felt like old friends, others like quiet guides, but all of them left pieces of wisdom behind- lessons I carry even now. Whenever I’ve needed motivation or a moment of peace, I’ve found it between the lines of a good book.
“A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies.”
I didn’t just read stories- I lived in them, and they lived in me. They are always ready to offer comfort or courage to me. That’s how I know: in pages, I didn’t just find an escape. I found a home!!

What a beautiful and heartfelt blog! ✍️
Reading “In Pages, I Found A Home” truly makes one feel the deep and intimate relationship you share with books. Extending the definition of ‘home’ to the pages of a book is genuinely commendable.
