These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the SANKALP Scholars Quest 2026 (“SSQ 2026” or “the Examination”), an annual online proctored quiz-based recognition event conducted by the Pramukh SANKALP Programme team of Pramukh Academy, Near BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital, Atladara, Vadodara, Gujarat – 390012 (the Organizers or the Academy).By completing registration for SSQ 2026, the parent or legal guardian of the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full – on behalf of themselves and their minor child.

1. Eligibility & Registration
1.1 Who May Participate
SSQ 2026 is open to all bona fide students currently enrolled in Class 6 to Class 12 in any recognised school in India, irrespective of board (State / CBSE / ICSE / International) or prior enrolment in the Pramukh SANKALP Programme.

1.2 Parent / Guardian as Contracting Party
Since all SSQ 2026 participants are minors under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, registration must be completed by or with the express written consent of the participant’s parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian:
- Confirms they are the lawful parent or guardian of the registering student.
- Agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and their ward.
- Takes full responsibility for ensuring the student’s compliance with all exam conduct rules.
- Acknowledges that the Academy may request documentary proof of identity (school ID, birth certificate) at any stage.
1.3 Registration Rules
- Only one registration per student is permitted.
- The student’s group – SANKALP Believers or SANKALP Pioneers – is assigned automatically based on the class entered at registration.
- Registration is valid only upon submission of complete, accurate information and receipt of confirmed fee payment.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate registrations may be cancelled without notice or refund.
- Registration deadline: April 25, 2026.
| ⚠️ The Academy reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration details and to disqualify any participant whose information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. |
2. Registration Fee & Refund Policy
2.1 Fee Structure

2.2 No-Refund Policy
| 🚫 The registration fee of ₹100, once paid, is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including non-appearance on the selected exam date, technical issues at the participant’s end, or withdrawal after registration. |
This policy is consistent with the standard practice followed by NTA (JEE/NEET), Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF), Unified Council, and all major Indian examination bodies.
2.3 Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
- Organizer Cancellation: If SSQ 2026 is cancelled by the Academy and not rescheduled, a full refund shall be processed to the original payment source within 30 business days.
- Failed Transactions: If an amount is debited but registration is not confirmed due to a payment gateway failure, a refund shall be initiated after verification within 15 business days.
- GK Book (Non-SANKALP): The additional GK Book dispatch amount is non-refundable once the book has been shipped.
3. Examination Conduct & Rules

3.2 Technical Requirements (Participant’s Responsibility)
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the following before and during the exam:
- A compatible device: smartphone (Android 8+ / iOS 13+), tablet, or laptop/desktop (Windows 8+ / macOS 10.14+).
- A working front-facing camera and microphone – mandatory for proctoring.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 512 kbps bandwidth) with uninterrupted power supply.
- Latest version of a supported browser (Google Chrome recommended). Disable all extensions before starting.
| ⚠️ The Academy shall not be responsible for any exam disruption, disconnection, or inability to complete the exam due to power failure, slow/no internet, device malfunction, browser incompatibility, or any other technical issue at the participant’s end. No re-attempt shall be granted for such reasons. |
3.3 Conduct Rules During the Exam
- Remain visible on camera throughout the exam. Face must be clearly lit and visible at all times.
- Sit against a plain, clear background. No other person may be present in the camera frame.
- Do NOT navigate away from the test window. Opening any other browser tab, application, or window may result in automatic termination of the exam.
- Use of any external help – books, notes, calculators, or electronic devices other than the exam device – is strictly prohibited.
- Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Search, Gemini, or similar) is strictly prohibited.
- No communication with any other person – verbal, written, or electronic – during the exam.
- Do not attempt to screen-record, photograph, or reproduce the exam questions in any form.
3.4 Rescheduling
SSQ 2026 offers two exam date options: 2nd and 3rd May 2026. Once a date is confirmed at registration, no rescheduling to another date is permitted. If a participant does not appear on their registered date, they forfeit participation – no second chance or alternate date shall be provided.
3.5 Malpractice & Disqualification
Any of the following shall result in immediate disqualification without notice or refund:
- Cheating, impersonation, or use of unfair means – detected during or after the exam through proctoring review.
- Identity misrepresentation at registration.
- Attempting the exam on behalf of another person.
- Reproducing, sharing, or publishing exam questions or answers by any means.
- Any other misconduct as determined by the Academy at its sole discretion.

Audio, video, and screen activity recordings made during the exam are confidential and will not be shared with participants or guardians. They may be reviewed post-exam for integrity verification. The Academy’s determination on all malpractice matters is final and binding. |
4. Awards, Prizes & Delivery Terms
4.1 Result Determination
Rankings are determined solely based on scores obtained in the examination, as evaluated by the Organizers. In the event of a tie at any rank, the Academy shall apply tie-breaking criteria at its sole discretion – which may include time of submission or performance in specific sections.

| 📌 Separate Rankings Per Group
All rankings, medals, prizes, and certificates are determined independently within each group – SANKALP Believers (Std 6–8) and SANKALP Pioneers (Std 9–12). A student in one group is not ranked against a student in the other. |
4.3 Medal & Prize Delivery (Courier)
- Students ranked in the Top 50 within each group will be personally invited to the Special Felicitation Ceremony, where their medals and all associated prizes shall be presented by esteemed dignitaries (details in Section 4.4).
- For all other qualifying students (Top 10% and Top 25%), the Academy shall dispatch prizes and certificates by courier to the registered postal address provided at registration.
- Winners must confirm their delivery address within 30 days of result announcement. Failure to do so shall result in forfeiture of physical prizes.
- The Academy shall not be responsible for loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery during transit.
- Prizes returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses shall be deemed forfeited. Re-dispatch shall not be arranged.
- Certificates and section-wise performance reports shall be accessible through the SSQ Exam Portal. Students can log in using their registered exam credentials to view and download their results and report.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
4.4 Special Felicitation Ceremony – Top 50
All students ranked in the top 50 within each group may be personally invited to a specially designated felicitation ceremony where medals and prizes shall be presented by esteemed officials.
- Venue, date, and format of the ceremony shall be communicated separately and are subject to change or cancellation.
- Attendance is voluntary. Non-attendance does not affect eligibility for other prizes.
- All travel, accommodation, and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant and their parent/guardian.
- The Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the ceremony at its sole discretion.
5. Data Privacy & Personal Information

5.2 How Data is Used
- Registration processing and eligibility verification.
- Group assignment, exam access, and communication of login credentials.
- Evaluation, result compilation, and result communication.
- Prize dispatch and felicitation ceremony invitations (where applicable).
- Aggregate statistical analysis (no individual identification in any public report).
5.3 Data Sharing
Personal data shall not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Data may be shared only with:
- Authorised Examination Platform: The Academy engages an authorised third-party company to host and conduct SSQ 2026. Basic student details – full name, mobile number, and email address – are shared with this partner solely to create exam login credentials and provide access to the examination portal. This partner is contractually bound to use such data only for examination purposes and not to retain, sell, or share it further.
- Courier services for physical prize dispatch (address data of winners only).
- SMS/email communication gateways for exam credentials and results.
5.4 Children’s Data & DPDP Act Compliance
All SSQ 2026 participants are children under the age of 18. The Academy processes personal data of participants in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Rules.
- Parental Consent: By completing registration, the parent/legal guardian provides verifiable consent for the collection and processing of their child’s personal data for SSQ 2026 purposes.
- No Tracking: The Academy does not undertake behavioural tracking, targeted advertising, or profiling of any participant.
- Your Rights: Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or erasure of their child’s personal data by contacting interact@pramukh.academy.
6. Academy’s Discretion & Final Authority
6.1 Final and Binding Decisions
| 🏛️ The decision of Pramukh Academy and its authorized representatives on ALL matters relating to SSQ 2026 – including eligibility, registration, exam conduct, evaluation, results, rankings, prizes, malpractice, and disqualification – shall be FINAL and BINDING. No correspondence, appeal, representation, or legal challenge shall be entertained. |
6.2 Right to Modify or Cancel
The Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel any aspect of SSQ 2026 at any time, including exam dates, format, reward structure, or ceremony plans.
- Disqualify any participant for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed inappropriate by the Academy.
- Withhold, withdraw, or reallocate prizes at any time if irregularity is detected.
- Reject any registration without stating reasons.
6.3 Force Majeure
The Academy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in conducting SSQ 2026 arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government orders or restrictions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, power grid failures, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, the Academy may reschedule, modify, or cancel the examination without incurring any liability to participants.
7. General Provisions
7.1 Amendments
The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall be published at pramukh.academy and shall take effect immediately upon publication. Continued participation after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with SSQ 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
7.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The registration fee is Rs. 100/- (to be confirmed). Non-SANKALP students will pay separately for the GK Book — this is in addition to the registration fee.

The Pramukh SANKALP General Knowledge module is designed especially for school students of Class 6–12. This module fosters awareness, curiosity, and confidence by helping students learn beyond the confines of textbooks. It strengthens their foundation for future academic growth and also supports early preparation for competitive exams such as UPSC and GPSC.
