Pushpadolotsav is a joyful and colorful celebration that symbolizes the arrival of spring and the renewal of nature. It is a time for devotees to come together, offer their devotion to the Bhagwan, and celebrate the beauty and abundance of nature. The celebrations at Pramukh Academy, Atladara typically begin with the chanting of Vedic mantras and Arti, creating an atmosphere of joy, divinity and devotion. One of the attractions of the Pushpadolotsav is the showering of colors and flowers on the Bhagwan and Bhakts (devotees). This is done to symbolize the arrival of spring and the renewal of nature. P. Gyanvijay Swami and P. Achalmuni Swami along with all the students participated in this ritual by offering flowers to the deities and showering each other with color. This created a colorful and festive atmosphere. Another important aspect of Pushpadolotsav is the distribution of prasad called “Fagva”, which is a type of food that is considered to be a blessing from the Bhagwan. Students were offered fagva as a symbol of the Bhagwan’s grace and blessings.
