The Leadership Carnival 2026 – Day 1

With the divine blessings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj, and Mahant Swami Maharaj, and under the guidance of Pujya Bhagyasetu Swami & Pujya Narayanbhushan Swami, Day 1 of Leadership Carnival 2026 served as a powerful platform for youth inspiration, self-development, discipline, and responsible leadership.
The day commenced with the sacred Mangal Prarambh, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere and setting the tone for a meaningful journey of leadership and character building.
Signature Session: “The Responsible Leader”
An inspiring session focused on the true essence of leadership-responsibility, discipline, vision, service, and integrity. Participants explored how real leaders create impact through actions, values, and commitment toward society and nation-building.
The Responsible Leader Oath
A powerful collective pledge where participants committed themselves to ethical conduct, discipline, accountability, and becoming responsible citizens and future leaders of the nation.
Dialogue: Governance & Responsibility
Shri H. S. Patel (Retd. IAS Officer) shared deep insights on governance, ethics, public administration, and the importance of responsibility in leadership. His experiences and wisdom motivated students to think beyond personal success and contribute towards society and nation-building.
Dialogue: Courage & Command
Shri Shamsher Singh (Retd. IPS Officer) delivered an impactful session on courage, discipline, decision-making under pressure, and leadership in challenging situations. His inspiring stories of service and dedication left the audience deeply motivated.
Leadership Insights by Dr. Devanshu Patel
The respected President of Parul University shared valuable thoughts on youth empowerment, innovation, vision, and modern leadership. His address encouraged students to dream big, lead with purpose, and build a progressive future.
Leadership Lab 2: Organising Ability – Plan Like a Leader
An engaging and activity-based session conducted by Mittal Panchal, where participants learned practical leadership skills such as planning, teamwork, coordination, communication, and organisational management through interactive exercises and collaborative activities.
Sant Pravachan by Pujya Anirdesh Swami
A spiritually enriching discourse emphasizing inner discipline, values, humility, devotion, and the importance of character in leadership. The pravachan beautifully connected spirituality with practical life and leadership excellence.
The entire day reflected the true spirit of leadership — learning with humility, serving with responsibility, leading with courage, and growing with discipline.
