The Leadership Carnival 2026

Pramukh Vision 4.0 | 10-13 May 2026 | Classes 6-10 | Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat

Crafting Responsible Future Leaders

About The Leadership Carnival

The Leadership Carnival is not a competition, a recreational camp, or a gathering of spectators. It is a carefully structured residential experience where a select group of school students are immersed in a disciplined environment of leadership formation, governance exposure, and character refinement.

Organized under BAPS Pramukh Academy, a not-for-profit institution committed to value-based education and national development, this initiative operates on the conviction that leadership formation must begin early. The students who will administer, protect, and build tomorrow’s India must be introduced to the rigor, responsibility, and discipline of leadership while still in their formative years.

Every element of the four-day experience, from experiential simulations to dialogues with serving officers, is designed to move participants along a clear developmental arc: from self-awareness to applied competence to conscious commitment.
