Program Overview
A four-day “Pramukh Vision Conference 4.0” (held from May 31 to June 3) was recently successfully organized at the grand campus of Parul University. Driven by the noble ideal of “Seek, Strive, Serve,” the primary objective of this conference was to develop administrative skills, national spirit, self-restraint, and qualities of moral leadership among the youth. Over these four days, prestigious civil servants, political leaders, and revered saints of the country were present to guide the students.

Day-by-Day Event Highlights
Day 1 (31 May 2026): Inauguration
• Inauguration & Theme Launch: The conference commenced with the unveiling of the logo and theme by Pu. Bhagyasetu Swami and Shri Pawan Dwivedi (Parul University). Pu. Gnanvijay Swami, Pu. Nirmalchintan Swami and other dignitaries graced the inaugural event with their inspiring presence.
• Theme Song: Pu. Gnanvijay Swami launched the theme song during the ‘Blueprint of Visionaries for Tomorrow’ session and explained the significance of the four-day sessions.
• Governance Through the Ages: Under this series, Shri Primanshu Bhardwaj delivered the introductory remarks. Following this, Shri Bhavesh Vanzara threw light on ancient and modern banking as well as taxation systems. Shri Sonil Thakkar provided deep insights into Ashoka’s administration, the lottery system of the Chola Empire, and modern electoral systems.
• Live Keynote: Pu. Brahmvihari Swami delivered a lecture on the ‘Need to Cultivate Visionaries,‘ which was broadcast live on YouTube.
• Academic Briefing: The academic team provided information regarding various courses running under the Pramukh Academy.
Day 2 (1 June 2026): Sessions under “Governance Through the Ages”
• Morning Sessions: Shri Pragnesh Sir spoke on Temple Administration. Shri Rupam Vishwas Sir and Shri Divas Dwivedi Sir discussed the decentralization of the Gupta Empire. Nishtha Mam spoke on ancient and modern defense and intelligence/espionage systems. Shri Krutarth Vaghela Sir delivered a talk contrasting ancient and modern mobility systems.
• Exam Guidance: All mentors of the Pramukh Academy guided the students on preparing for UPSC, GPSC, and SSC examinations.
• The Leaders’ Dialogue-1: Retired DG of BSF, Shri K.K. Sharma, shared real-life case studies of administration and border security with the students.
• District Crisis Simulation Task: Students were divided into different teams for an amazing practical activity aimed at facing and solving real-world crisis scenarios.
• Spiritual Visit: In the evening, all students and mentors visited the Atladara Temple and Chanasad (the birthplace of revered Pramukh Swami Maharaj) for prayers (Aarti) and spiritual discourse (Goshti).
Day 3 (2 June 2026): The Leaders’ Dialogue-2 & Youth Parliament
• Demographic Dividend: Shri Pawan Dwivedi Sir delivered a lecture on the topic ‘Demographic Disaster to Dividend’.
• Spiritual Leadership: Pu. Anirdesh Swami spoke on ‘The Need for Spirituality and Restraint in Leadership‘.
• The Leaders’ Dialogue-2: Rajya Sabha MP Shri Govindbhai Dholakia discussed the Vision & Values of global leaders.
• The Leaders’ Dialogue-3: Shri Bhagyesh Jha (Retd. IAS) provided guidance on ‘Governance & Responsibility’.
• Evening Discourse: At night, Pu. Gnannayan Swami delivered a saintly discourse on the topic ‘In the Joy of Others’.
• Youth Parliament: The main attraction of the day was the ‘Youth Parliament’ organized in the medical classroom. Separate houses were formed for male and female students, resulting in a healthy, democratic debate and question-and-answer session between the ruling and opposition parties. This session gave students a firsthand experience of how our Parliament—the ‘Temple of Democracy’—functions.
Day 4 (3 June 2026): Concluding Ceremony
• Media Grilling: A session on ‘Media Grilling and Administrative Tribunal’ was held for the winning members of the previous day’s Youth Parliament.
• Civil Services Guidance: Shri Anupam Kumar (Joint Director of Foreign Trade) and Shri Akshay Budaniya (Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Vadodara) delivered inspiring speeches about hard work and opportunities in the Civil Services.
• Valedictory: In the final phase of the program, Pu. Yagnapriya Swami showered his blessings. All students took the ‘Leadership Commitment Pledge‘ for nation-building. With this, the grand conference concluded successfully.

પરિચય અને કાર્યક્રમ વિહંગાવલોકન (Program Overview)
તાજેતરમાં પારુલ યુનિવર્સિટીના ભવ્ય પરિસરમાં ચાર દિવસીય (૩૧ મે થી ૩ જૂન) “Pramukh Vision Conference 4.0” નું સફળ આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. “Seek, Strive, Serve” ના ઉમદા આદર્શ સાથે યોજાયેલી આ કોન્ફરન્સનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય યુવાનોમાં વહીવટી કુશળતા, રાષ્ટ્રભાવના, સંયમ અને નૈતિક નેતૃત્વના ગુણોનો વિકાસ કરવાનો હતો. આ ચાર દિવસ દરમિયાન દેશના પ્રતિષ્ઠિત સનદી અધિકારીઓ, રાજકીય નેતાઓ અને પૂજ્ય સંતોએ ઉપસ્થિત રહી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માર્ગદર્શન પૂરું પાડ્યું હતું.

Day 1 (31 May 2026): ઉદ્ઘાટન
કોન્ફરન્સનો પ્રારંભ પૂ. ભાગ્યસેતુ સ્વામી અને શ્રી પવન દ્વિવેદી (પારુલ યુનિવર્સિટી) સર દ્વારા લોગો અને થીમના અનાવરણ સાથે થયો હતો. આ ઉદ્ઘાટન પ્રસંગે પૂ.જ્ઞાનવિજય સ્વામી, પૂ.નિર્મલચિંતન સ્વામી અને અન્ય મહાનુભાવની પ્રેરક ઉપસ્થિતિ રહી હતી. પૂ.જ્ઞાનવિજય સ્વામીએ ‘Blueprint of Visionaries for Tomorrow’ સત્રમાં થીમ સોંગ લોન્ચ કરીને ચારેય દિવસના સત્રોનું મહત્વ સમજાવ્યું હતું. Governance Through the Ages (યુગો દરમિયાન શાસન) શ્રેણી હેઠળ શ્રી પ્રિમાંશુ ભારદ્વાજ સરે પ્રસ્તાવના આપી હતી. ત્યારબાદ ભાવેશ વણઝારા સરે પ્રાચીન અને વર્તમાન બેન્કિંગ સિસ્ટમ તથા કર વ્યવસ્થા વિષે તેમજ સોનિલ ઠક્કર સરે અશોકનું પ્રશાસન અને ચોલા સામ્રાજ્યની લોટરી પદ્ધતિ અને આધુનિક ચૂંટણી પ્રણાલી પર ઊંડાણપૂર્વક પ્રકાશ પાડ્યો હતો. ત્યારબાદ પૂ. બ્રહ્મવિહારી સ્વામીએ ‘Need to Cultivate Visionaries’ પર યુટ્યુબ પર લાઈવ પ્રસારિત પ્રવચન આપ્યું હતું. ત્યારબાદ એકેડેમિક ટીમે પ્રમુખ એકેડમીમાં ચાલતા વિવિધ કોર્સીસ વિષે માહિતી આપી હતી.
Day 2 (1 June 2026): Governance Through the Ages અંતર્ગત વિવિધ સત્રો
Governance Through the Ages અંતર્ગત સવારના સત્રમાં શ્રી પ્રજ્ઞેશ સરે મંદિર પ્રશાસન વિષે, શ્રી રૂપમ વિશ્વાસ સર અને શ્રી દિવસ દ્વિવેદી સરે ગુપ્ત સામ્રાજ્યના વિકેન્દ્રીકરણ, નિષ્ઠા મેમે પ્રાચીન અને આધુનિક સંરક્ષણ તથા જાસૂસી વ્યવસ્થા વિષે અને શ્રી કૃતાર્થ વાઘેલા સરે પ્રાચીન સમય વિરૂદ્ધ આધુનિક યુગની મોબિલિટી વ્યવસ્થા પર વક્તવ્ય આપ્યું હતું. ત્યારબાદ પ્રમુખ એકેડમીના તમામ મેન્ટર્સે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને UPSC, GPSC અને SSC પરીક્ષાની તૈયારી સંબંધી માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું હતું.
The Leaders’ Dialogue-1 અંતર્ગત BSFના નિવૃત્ત DG શ્રી કે. કે. શર્માએ વહીવટી અને સરહદ સુરક્ષાના વાસ્તવિક કિસ્સાઓ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સમક્ષ રજૂ કર્યા હતા. ત્યારબાદ ડિસ્ટ્રિક્ટ ક્રાઈસિસ સિમ્યુલેશન ટાસ્ક અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીઓની અલગ-અલગ ટીમો બનાવીને વાસ્તવિક સમસ્યાઓનો સામનો અને ઉકેલ લાવવાની અદભુત પ્રવૃત્તિ કરવામાં આવી હતી. સાંજના સુમારે તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને મેન્ટર્સ અટલાદરા મંદિર તેમજ પૂજ્ય પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજના જન્મસ્થાન ચાણસદ ખાતે આરતી અને સંવાદ (ગોષ્ઠી) માટે ગયા હતા.
Day 3 (2 June 2026): The Leaders’ Dialogue-2 અંતર્ગત વિવિધ સત્રો
શ્રી પવન દ્વિવેદી સર દ્વારા ‘Demographic Disaster to Dividend’ વિષય પર વક્તવ્ય આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. ત્યારબાદ પૂ. અનિર્દેશ સ્વામીએ ‘નેતૃત્વમાં આધ્યાત્મિકતા અને સંયમની જરૂરિયાત’ સમજાવતું વક્તવ્ય આપ્યું હતું.
The Leaders’ Dialogue-2: અંતર્ગત રાજ્યસભા સાંસદ શ્રી ગોવિંદભાઈ ધોળકિયાએ વૈશ્વિક નેતાઓના વિશિષ્ટ ગુણો (Vision & Values) પર ચર્ચા કરી હતી.
The Leaders’ Dialogue-3: શ્રી ભાગ્યેશ ઝા (નિવૃત્ત IAS) સરે શાસન અને વહીવટી જવાબદારીઓ (Governance & Responsibility) વિશે માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું હતું. રાત્રે પૂ. જ્ઞાનનયન સ્વામીએ ‘બીજાના ભલામાં આપણું ભલું’ (In the Joy of Others) વિષય પર સંત-પ્રવચન આપ્યું હતું.
આ દિવસનું મુખ્ય આકર્ષણ મેડિકલ ક્લાસ રૂમમાં યોજાયેલી ‘યુવા સંસદ (Youth Parliament)’ હતી. જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓના અલગ ગૃહ પાડી શાસક પક્ષ અને વિરોધ પક્ષ વચ્ચે લોકશાહી ઢબે તંદુરસ્ત વાદ-વિવાદ અને પ્રશ્નોત્તરી થઈ હતી. આ સત્ર થકી ખરેખર ‘લોકતંત્રનું મંદિર’ એટલે કે આપણી સંસદ કઈ રીતે કાર્ય કરે છે, તે હૂબહૂ ઢબે જાણવાનો અને માણવાનો મોકો વિદ્યાર્થીઓને મળ્યો હતો.
Day 4 (3 June 2026): સમાપન સમારોહ
અગાઉના દિવસની યુવા સંસદના વિજેતા સભ્યો માટે ‘મીડિયા ગ્રિલિંગ અને એડમિનિસ્ટ્રેટિવ ટ્રિબ્યુનલ’ નું સત્ર રાખવામાં આવ્યું હતું. ત્યારબાદ જોઈન્ટ ડિરેક્ટર ઓફ ફોરેન ટ્રેડ શ્રી અનુપમ કુમાર અને વડોદરાના ડેપ્યુટી મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશનર શ્રી અક્ષય બુદાનીયાએ સિવિલ સર્વિસિસમાં મહેનત અને તકો વિશે પ્રેરણાદાયી સ્પીચ આપી હતી. કાર્યક્રમના અંતિમ ચરણમાં પૂ. યજ્ઞપ્રિય સ્વામીએ આશીર્વચન પાઠવ્યા હતા અને તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ રાષ્ટ્ર નિર્માણ માટે ‘Leadership Commitment Pledge’ (નેતૃત્વ પ્રતિબદ્ધતાના શપથ) લીધા હતા. આ સાથે જ આ ભવ્ય કોન્ફરન્સનું સફળ સમાપન થયું હતું.
